About The Position
The Nurse Manager of a patient care unit or service maintains 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff. Responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development, and the continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas. Through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and others, reviews, analyzes and recommends changes in practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- RN Leadership/Supervisory experience
- Minimum 3 years of RN work experience in an acute care (hospital) setting
- California Registered Nurse License (Upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Upon hire)
