Employees work together and support one another in a friendly, team oriented atmosphere. The Nurse Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining quality patient care and programming cooperation with other members of the treatment team. The Nurse Manager is accountable for unit compliance with all applicable standards and regulations and for the 24-hour supervision and performance of all staff assigned to the unit.
