Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Nurse Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of nursing care in accordance with current federal state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern Maryhaven, Inc. and may be directed by the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of care is maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Completing bachelors of science in nursing or equivalent field.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in behavioral or medical nursing.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current certification in CPR.

Nice To Haves

• AOD and/or psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• CARN or CNA Certification preferred.
