About The Position

The Nurse Manager provides clinical, operational, financial, and administrative leadership for Procedural Services, including PACU, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization/Electrophysiology (Cath/EP) Lab, and Special Procedures. The Nurse Manager promotes a culture of safety, quality, patient-centered care, employee engagement, shared governance, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. This role partners with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to advance the organization's mission, Journey to Magnet®, and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Nurse Manager Competencies.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in critical care, cardiovascular, and/or procedural services
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, or related field) preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of progressive nursing leadership experience preferred.
