Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. (BCRI) is a nationally recognized nonprofit and Baltimore’s only comprehensive behavioral health crisis response system. Since 1992, we have provided timely, community-based services for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises. Our Community-Based Residential Crisis Services Program delivers responsive, person-centered care in partnership with community providers, first responders, and healthcare systems—meeting individuals where they are during their most vulnerable moments. We are seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our Community-Based Crisis Services Program. In this leadership role, you will guide clinical practice, supervise nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use crises. The Nurse Manager will collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Clinical Director of Residential & Outpatient Services, as well as community partners and internal crisis teams, to strengthen service delivery and promote best practices in crisis care. This role is ideal for a clinically strong, mission-driven nurse leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about community-based crisis response.
