The Nurse Manager plays a vital leadership role in overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, providing guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and standards, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and hospital leadership, this position helps optimize care delivery while promoting positive patient outcomes, professional development, and a compassionate healing environment. Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate's degree required
• BLS Required
• Previous Leadership Experience Required
• At least 4 years of nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the unit.
• Consult with staff, physicians, and the Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies.
• Ensure nursing staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
• Implement and uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions.
• Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
