About The Position
Woodland Village is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team and help ensure exceptional care for our residents. Requirements
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff
- Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily nursing operations
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with staff development, training, and performance management
