Your leadership will foster a culture of autonomy, empowerment, and professional growth, ensure compliance with regulatory standards and champion quality improvement, oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget management for optimal patient care, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
- BSN and Master’s degree (MSN or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
- Specialty certification required; Nurse Executive preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Current RN licensure in Delaware and BLS certification.
