About The Position

Directs, plans and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. May provide direct patient care. Ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education. Provides ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff. Ensures a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors and staff. Coordinates unit activities with other hospital departments. Develops and implements staffing plans. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing required
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
  • Nursing experience 2-3 years required
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commitment to clinical excellence.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
  • Experienced Cath Lab RN ready to step into leadership
  • Strong clinical background in interventional cardiology
  • Passion for mentoring teams and improving processes
  • Motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS Certification] preferred
  • Basic Life Support [BLS] Certificate preferred
  • Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred
