About The Position

Dell Medical School is seeking a Nurse Manager. Purpose The RN Nurse Manager oversees the daily operations of a clinical unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role manages nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and implements policies and procedures. The Nurse Manager works closely with physicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) with at least 7 year(s) of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration with at least 7 year(s) of experience in 7 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML).
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Responsibilities
