About The Position
This position plans and provides clinical oversight and support to staff and patient care to multiple clinic sites. Demonstrates clinical expertise of the assigned area. Provides leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in managing a health care facility.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience relevant to patient population.
- Leadership experience should include management of staff and budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent public relations, human relations, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to successfully and positively interact with physicians and employees at all levels throughout the organization.
- Licensure as a professional nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structures and systems, and policies, procedures, and processes.
