About The Position

OPEN POSITION for a Nurse Manager, LTC to lead our client’s dedicated teams in a 42‑bed subacute rehab floor.

Requirements

• Someone with great leadership skills, personable (must be able to speak to families and staff).
• Someone who leads by example for the team.
• RN with Maryland license + CPR (BLS) certification
• Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN/national certification preferred
• 5–7 years in LTC or subacute rehab nursing, including management experience

• Oversee safe, age-appropriate care, aligned with National Patient Safety Goals
• Directly supervise the Assistant Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams
