About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to join our team at MedCura Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and support a team of nursing professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Nice To Haves

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
Manage and lead nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Coordinate patient care activities and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards.
Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.
Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
Conduct staff evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
