Requirements
- Current RN licensure in MN
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead a team of nurses

Responsibilities
- As a leader in the organization, the Nurse Manager will be the person “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act.
- Responsible for holding staff accountable for correctly following policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and nursing job descriptions.
- Resident Care Functions which include medication, treatments and follow nursing protocols.
