About The Position

Holy Cross Health, a member of Trinity Health, is hiring a Nurse Manager – Mother Baby to provide operational, clinical, and people leadership for our Mother Baby (Post‑Partum/Couplet Care) unit. Reporting to the Director of Mother Baby, this role is accountable for quality outcomes, patient experience, colleague engagement, compliance, and stewardship of resources while advancing Trinity Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

• BSN required
• 5+ years acute care RN experience
• 2+ years nurse leadership/supervisory experience
• Active RN license (MD or Compact)
• BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred
• Specialty/role certification within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, staffing, and performance of the Mother Baby unit
• Ensure safe, high‑quality couplet care and excellent patient experience
• Drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain nursing colleagues
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to achieve service goals
• Manage productivity, budgets, and resource utilization
