About The Position
The OR Nurse Manager will oversee surgical services across Urology, ENT, Vascular, OB/GYN, Cardiothoracic, General Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery specialties. This role is responsible for the daily operations of the OR, including staff management, patient care oversight, and quality outcomes. The Nurse Manager will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years manager/leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years experience working in OR
- Must reside outside a 60 mile radius
