About The Position

Join a growing Oncology Clinic as a Nurse Manager and play a key leadership role in shaping the future of cancer care! This is a newly created position where you will lead a team of 20-25 staff members. The role requires an RN license in MO and KS, a BSN, BLS certification, and 2 years of experience. You will support continued growth across Medical Oncology services and drive exceptional patient, staff, and operational outcomes. You will be accountable for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the care provided in the clinic, consistent with the established strategic plan, goals, and objectives for Patient Centered Care. You will work in collaboration with nursing leadership to identify areas of improvement regarding practice policies and processes. You will support optimal care that requires specialized knowledge, critical thinking, and skills based on principles of psychological, social, physical, and biological sciences that utilize the nursing processes. You will drive employee engagement and retention and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to exceed customer expectations in a patient-centered and healing environment. You will maintain all clinical competencies if required due to the size and structure of the clinic and may occasionally be counted in staffing.

Requirements

  • RN required
  • BSN required
  • BLS required
  • 2 years experience required
  • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Registered Nurse - Various
  • Bachelor's Degree
