Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership experience.
- BCLS/ACLS certification as required per unit standards.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Management, or related field.
- ANCC recognized nursing specialty certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of patient care, ensuring professional and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership and physicians to manage care for responsible patient populations.
- Facilitate staff empowerment and innovation in patient care delivery models.
- Assume fiscal management responsibilities for the unit.
- Promote a multidisciplinary team approach to continuous improvement in patient care services.
