About The Position
This position is for a Nurse Manager in the Med Surg/Tele unit. The role involves maintaining 24-hour accountability for clinical leadership, overall personnel and fiscal management, developing clinical standards and staff development, and continuously improving activities within assigned areas. The role is full-time with 8-hour day shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant clinical leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff.
- Be responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management.
- Develop clinical standards and staff development.
- Continuously improve activities within assigned areas.
