About The Position
A leading healthcare organization in Southern Florida is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – ICU to lead a high-acuity intensive care unit caring for critically ill adult patients. This leadership role is responsible for ICU operations, clinical oversight, staff development, patient care coordination, and driving quality outcomes within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recent ICU clinical experience required
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU leadership or management experience required
- BSN required
- Active RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
Nice To Haves
- CCRN certification
- Experience in high-acuity ICU environments
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of ICU operations
- Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting clinical excellence
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance
