We’re hiring a Nurse Manager to lead our inpatient unit and partner directly with the CNO. Our inpatient model is built around stabilization and observation — assess, treat, monitor, and coordinate transfer when a higher level of care is needed. In a 20-bed hospital, flexibility matters: you and your team may be called to support the ED during high-volume periods, so strong acute care skills round out the picture. You’ll build the team, set the clinical standards, and own the unit without fighting bureaucracy to get things done. Inpatient volume is growing, and we need a leader who can shape the culture while it’s still forming.

Requirements

• 2+ years hospital nursing experience (Med/Surg, ICU, or ED preferred)
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience with EHR systems, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
