Now Hiring: Nurse Manager – Endoscopy Center Nurse Manager. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our expanding Endoscopy Center in Woburn, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven nursing leader who is passionate about engaging teams, driving meaningful change, and delivering high-quality, safe patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license (BSN required; MSN preferred)
- Certification preferred or obtained within 2 years of hire
- Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Manager with proven leadership skills
- Strong background in Medical/Surgical nursing.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and build efficiencies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and patient experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing teams through our outpatient facility
- Promote a culture of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care
- Engage, mentor, and develop nursing staff to achieve professional growth and retention
- Drive change initiatives that improve workflows, efficiency, and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to meet organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and best practices
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics effectively
