About The Position

The Nursing Manager will have oversight of the Care Management team. Supports and assists the Executive Director of Clinical Operations in providing 24 hr. resource management services including utilization management, social work, case management and discharge planning. Assists in the selection, development, and corrective action of staff & holds them accountable for & recognizes their contributions to quality outcomes. Maintains full responsibility to assure customer & physical satisfaction is achieved & makes day to day decisions.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and nursing management practices that are normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor of Nursing Degree.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Indiana)
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a related area - UM/CRM strongly preferred.
