About The Position
Responsible for the 24-hour overall operations of the assigned Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department(s). Serves as lead nurse for care coordination, which includes daily assignment of staff, utilization of multi-disciplinary resources, effective delivery of services and execution of patient plans of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science, BSN or actively pursuing
- At least three years of progressive experience as staff nurse or charge nurse in Adult Acute Care Nursing: Surgical Services, M/S, ICU or ER
- 3 years healthcare leadership experience
- 2 years’ experience in Cardiopulmonary rehab programs
- Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Certification in Basic Life Support
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- CCPR Certification required within one year of hire
