About The Position

Our Pocono Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a nurse who has a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We have several clients who need nursing care during day light hours Monday-Friday; part time and full time availability. What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits? Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s), Hands-on care with only one client per day, Building client relationships and watching their milestones. What your day looks like at BAYADA: Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose, Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions, Document observations, interventions, and evaluations, Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• MAR-EPA

Responsibilities

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
