Requirements
- Must hold a current Michigan LPN license

Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality nursing care in a senior living environment
- Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
- Support a warm, hospitality‑driven, resident‑centered community
- Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
- Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
- Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
- Administer care per physician orders
- Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services
