Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program
• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of LPN or RN experience

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Documenting and maintaining medical records
• Supervising and supporting the nursing team
• Monitoring resident health and responding to changes promptly
• Ensuring drug security and compliance with protocols
• Fostering a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff

Benefits

• $5,000 Sign - on Bonus (paid out in increments over the first-year employment)
• Competitive Pay: LPN- $29 per hr. base pay; RN - $38 per hr. base pay
• $3.00/hour differential for 2nd shift
• $4.00/hour for all weekend shifts
• $2.00/hour pay in lieu of benefits
• Daily Pay: Access your earned pay before your scheduled payday.
