We are currently seeking a Full-Time Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our exceptional behavioral health team and support our clients through every step of recovery.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state‑mandated clearances.

- No assistance required with ADLs (clients are fully independent)
- No IVs, catheters, ports, or midlines
- No blood draws (handled by contracted lab services)
- Minimal physical demands (no heavy lifting or extended standing)
- Fully electronic medication administration system (eMAR)
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions
- Administer medications and provide client education
- Learn and apply detox protocols (COWS & CIWA scales)
- Collaborate with medical providers on assessments and medication management
- Ensure medical equipment is maintained and functioning properly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
