Nice To Haves
- LPN or RN license strongly preferred
- Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or post-acute settings is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume admissions process with confidence and professionalism
- Review and evaluate potential residents for clinical and financial eligibility
- Coordinate admission details from inquiry through arrival, ensuring a World Class experience
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, hospitals, and interdisciplinary teams
- Verify insurance, benefits, and required documentation
- Organize timelines, clinical information, and paperwork with exceptional attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements
- Participate in ongoing training, education, and occasional out-of-town sessions
- Apply clinical knowledge to assess admission appropriateness and communicate effectively with care teams
- Collaborate closely with nursing leadership, physicians, hospitals, and referral sources
- Use critical thinking skills to support safe, timely, and compliant admissions
- Enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values accuracy, organization, and strong communication
