Requirements

Active APRN, NP, or commensurate License in Florida (State-specific licensing required)
Minimum 2 years experience in aesthetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.).
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin conditions, and corrective treatments.
Excellent consultation, guest service, and communication skills.
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued education.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to excellence.
Team player with a positive, polished, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers with precision and expertise.
Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess needs and recommend customized treatment plans.
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
Stay current with aesthetic industry trends, new techniques, and treatment protocols.
Promote and cross-sell medspa services, skincare products, and membership programs.
Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and compliance with medical regulations (HIPAA, OSHA).
Foster a luxury, results-driven, and professional environment.
Document client records, treatment plans, and before-and-after photos with accuracy.
Collaborate with the team to enhance client outcomes and experience.
Support medspa marketing efforts through client referrals, social media engagement, and networking.
