About The Position
The Jumpstart December Nurse Graduate Med Surg program is designed to provide financial support to students in their final semester of RN education. Participants will receive a $2,500 monthly stipend for the last six months of school. MercyOne will also reimburse board and licensure fees. Upon obtaining licensure, graduates will begin their career with MercyOne, subject to an 18-month retention requirement. Working as a PRN Student Nurse Tech during the program is optional.
Requirements
- Must be in the final semester of school in eligible position.
- Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation.
- Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed.
- Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure.

Responsibilities
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
