About The Position

Ivy Tech Evansville is seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with pediatric experience to join their faculty. This role offers a career shift for experienced RNs looking to make a greater impact by teaching and inspiring the next generation of nurses. The program boasts a 100% NCLEX pass rate in 2024. As faculty, you will teach in classrooms, labs, and clinical settings, leveraging your real-world experience. This position provides daytime hours, academic stability, and mentorship opportunities, eliminating the demands of traditional hospital shifts, weekends, or nights. Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse license
  • Three (3) years of RN experience
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, OR Bachelor’s in Nursing with a written plan to complete a Master’s in Nursing and documented semester-by-semester progress toward it
