Nurse Engagement Advisor
About The Position
Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a passionate and strategic Nurse Engagement Advisor to join the Office of Nursing Engagement and Patient Experience (ONE-PX). This role serves as a dedicated advocate for the nursing workforce, partnering with leaders across the organization to strengthen RN engagement, advance TMH's Pathway to Excellence (PTE) journey, and sustain a thriving shared governance model. The ideal candidate brings a deep commitment to nurse well-being, professional development, and the belief that an engaged nursing workforce is the foundation of exceptional patient care. As a Nurse Engagement Advisor, you will be at the center of that commitment, working alongside nursing leaders and frontline RNs to build a culture where nurses feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
Requirements
- Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.
- Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields.
