Nurse Educator (1099 Independent Contractor)

Our talented team members provide therapy and healthcare system expertise to help patients achieve better results from care. This position is for an Independent Contract Nurse to cover the area between Laredo, TX, Corpus Christi, TX, and Brownsville, TX. This is a flexible contract position traveling to patient's homes to train on injection techniques. Training requests range from 1-2 a month. Complete the patient training on their schedule within our guidelines. Each training takes about 1-2 hours on average. The number of trainings will vary, depending on the number of new enrollments. Compensated for each training + mileage.
Requirements
- RN license in state providing services (Texas)
- Carry liability insurance (can purchase at a later date)
- Driver’s license and car insurance
- Computer skills, personal computer, personal cellphone
- Exceptional communication, training and interpersonal relationship skills
Responsibilities
