Requirements

• Current RN license in Washington State.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in electronic health records and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in clinical consulting or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews for skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide clinical consultation to nursing staff and healthcare providers.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate staff on best practices for medication administration and safety.
• Monitor patient outcomes and recommend adjustments to therapy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance care delivery.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
• Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff on medication protocols.
