About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to recruit, hire, and retain the most qualified Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants at Caswell Developmental Center. This position is responsible for coordinating, developing, and implementing an effective recruitment program, which includes contractual staff. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining databases pertinent to this role as well as statistical reporting relating to nursing staff.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
  • One year of experience in the area of specialization.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and retain qualified Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Coordinate, develop, and implement an effective recruitment program, including contractual staff.
  • Maintain databases pertinent to the recruitment role.
  • Perform statistical reporting relating to nursing staff.
