Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse: AZ or Compact
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Other BSN
  • One year recent acute care experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver critical and compassionate care to patients undergoing life-saving cardiovascular procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
  • Maintain effectiveness and make sound decisions in high-stress, rapidly evolving situations.
  • Proactively learn and adapt to new cardiac interventions, technologies, and best practices.
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and physicians.
  • Exhibit precision and attention to detail in all aspects of patient care, medication, documentation, and sterile technique.
  • Demonstrate emotional strength and genuine empathy for patients and families during challenging times.
