Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse: AZ or Compact
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Other BSN
- One year recent acute care experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver critical and compassionate care to patients undergoing life-saving cardiovascular procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
- Maintain effectiveness and make sound decisions in high-stress, rapidly evolving situations.
- Proactively learn and adapt to new cardiac interventions, technologies, and best practices.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and physicians.
- Exhibit precision and attention to detail in all aspects of patient care, medication, documentation, and sterile technique.
- Demonstrate emotional strength and genuine empathy for patients and families during challenging times.
- Take ownership of responsibilities, actively engaging in problem-solving and quality improvement.
