About The Position
Are you an experienced RN looking for a rewarding role outside of bedside care? Join a team dedicated to supporting injured employees through every step of their recovery journey while collaborating with physicians, employers, and claims professionals. As a Nurse Case Manager, you’ll coordinate medical care, facilitate communication between all parties, and help drive positive outcomes for workers’ compensation cases — all while maintaining a flexible weekday schedule.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- ASN required; BSN preferred
- Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or related acute care specialties
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel within the service area as needed
Nice To Haves
- Prior Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience
- Strong communication and care coordination skills
