About The Position

Paradigm is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Memphis and surrounding communities, including Collierville, TN, and Southhaven and Olive Branch, MS. This is a field/home-based position requiring travel up to 2 hours one-way to various locations such as doctors' offices and hospitals. The role involves the medical case management of work-related injuries, encompassing assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager collaborates with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, closely monitoring the injured worker's progress and reporting findings. The position requires a willingness to learn and manage catastrophic cases. Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in TN
  • Must be willing to learn and take catastrophic cases
  • Skills required for success: organization and timeline adherence skills, PC and technology skills, communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Valid Driver’s License, and good driving history

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in case management of workers comp cases
  • Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred. REQUIRED within two years of the date of hire
  • Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Medical case management of work-related injuries
