About The Position
Orchard Medical Consulting, an IMA Group Company, is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Case Manager (RN) based near Flagstaff, AZ. This hybrid role combines remote case management with in-person attendance at medical appointments in the local area, supporting injured workers throughout their recovery.
Requirements
- Active AZ RN license
- Based near Flagstaff with ability to travel locally
- Strong clinical background (ER, ICU, Trauma, Ortho preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Workers’ comp case management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Attend local medical appointments with injured workers (part-time schedule)
- Complete non-treatment, consultative assessments
- Coordinate care with providers, employers, adjusters, and attorneys
- Ensure timely, appropriate treatment plans and documentation
