About The Position
The RN Case Manager will report to the Manager of Primary Health Care. This position will be an integral part of the Primary Care Health Team within the Beauval Health Centre. Although the primary base of work will be in a primary care setting, some community outreach and programming will be required. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated understanding of scope of practice of individuals supervised
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Nice To Haves
- 2 - 3 years experience as a Primary Care Nurse or Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Preference to candidates who are fluent in Indigenous languages to the region.
