About The Position
Reporting to the designated Health Services Manager/Health Services Administrator, the Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of care and services are provided to residents/clients. As an experienced practitioner, the Clinical Care Coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care, and support and teaching to the resident care team (including residents, resident's family members, physicians, ph. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
- Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
