About The Position

Friendship Village Lakeview Lodge and Landing Assisted Living is looking for a RN or LPN to join their family. They are an agency-free community focused on providing exceptional service to their residents. The culture promotes a family-oriented environment with flexible scheduling, friendly staff, employee events, and volunteer opportunities. This role involves caring for seniors, many of whom have memory issues and dementia. The position offers 32 hours a week with potential for more hours, and includes shift differential pay. Requirements

  • Valid license as Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass pre-employment screenings (Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test).

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical assessments including vitals.
  • Administer medications.
  • Assist with the day-to-day care of assisted living residents, many of whom have some form of dementia.
