Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willing to work as a team member
- Love and respect for aging persons
- Patience, tact, and cheerful disposition with team members, residents, and families
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care while promoting resident dignity and independence
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other caregivers
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Help create a safe, welcoming environment for residents
