Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll perform specific patient care duties, provide input to assist in care planning, and respond to emergent situations. Your work directly supports the RNs and contributes to the overall well-being of our patients, making a meaningful impact every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (e.g., Patient Care Technician or Patient Assistant Technician) OR currently enrolled in a nursing program with successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing OR foreign trained and licensed RN without a Michigan RN license OR Medical Assistant program with or without experience OR at least one year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Complete BLS Heart Saver Certification during orientation.

Nice To Haves

  • CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities
