About The Position
Provides patient care under the direction of a registered nurse. Activities will vary in relationship to the area of assignment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months health care-related experience and/or training.
- CPR or BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- State Certification as a CNA for the State of Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care by performing treatments and procedures as listed by Nursing Services Department.
- Ensures procedures are documented and nursing care given properly to patients.
- Assists with patient teaching under guidance of registered nurse.
