About The Position
BayCare Medical Group (BMG) is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative anesthesia teams at Mease Countryside Hospital (Safety Harbor), Mease Dunedin Hospital (Dunedin), and Morton Plant Hospital (Clearwater). These roles offer the chance to practice in supportive, high‑quality, patient‑centered environments within one of Florida’s most respected not‑for‑profit health systems. The roles offer no night call, only one holiday call per year, and three day‑call shifts per quarter (weekends only). Flexible schedules with 8‑, 10‑, 12‑, and 13‑hour options are available. Optional cardiac work is available; there is no pediatrics or trauma work. Hospital‑affiliated childcare is available for infants through VPK. Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Responsibilities
- Practice in supportive, high-quality, patient-centered environments.
- Collaborate with anesthesia teams.
- Provide anesthesia services at Mease Countryside Hospital, Mease Dunedin Hospital, and Morton Plant Hospital.
- Participate in optional cardiac procedures.
- Adhere to a schedule that includes no night call, one holiday call per year, and three day-call shifts per quarter (weekends only).
- Utilize flexible scheduling options (8, 10, 12, and 13-hour shifts).
