Legacy Care at The Terraces is opening a new Memory Care community in Fall 2026, pending AGE certification. They are seeking compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join their founding team. This is an opportunity to help build the team, shape the culture, and establish a resident-centered community from the ground up, creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and valued. The role involves setting the standard for excellence in Memory Care.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts LPN license
- Memory care experience preferred but not required
- Dependable, caring, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Resident assessments and monitoring
- Documentation and communication with healthcare providers
- Support care planning and family communication
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Encourage engagement and meaningful interactions
- Maintain resident dignity and independence
