About The Position
Always Best Care is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping others and want a career where your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you. As a Nurse Aide, you'll provide one-on-one support to seniors in the comfort of their homes while helping them remain safe, independent, and engaged in their daily lives.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Offer medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team
