Paid Nurse Aide Training
About The Position
Genesis Healthcare is seeking individuals to enroll in our Nurse Aide Training Program. This program offers a pathway to start a healthcare career, with the potential to positively impact patients' lives and your own. The training is free and requires no prior experience, only a desire to compassionately care for patients and residents. The program duration is 1-4 months, and upon successful completion, a position is guaranteed. This role can be the beginning of a rewarding career, with opportunities for advancement to LPN or RN through our tuition assistance program, as well as non-clinical career ladders.
Requirements
- Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.
